Automate Magic ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through getautomatemagic.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you submit through our inquiry form, such as your name, business name, email, phone number (optional) and your message. Basic technical data such as browser type may be collected by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule your checkup, prepare your scorecard, and provide services you request. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use third parties to operate the site and handle form submissions (currently FormSubmit for form delivery and our email provider). They process data only to provide those services.

Client data

When we build automations for a client, any customer data handled is used only to deliver the agreed services, under the client's direction.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
