Any paid work is described in a written scope or agreement, which controls over these terms where they differ. Pricing and deliverables are set out in that scope.

Third-party tools

Automations may rely on third-party software with their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for outages or changes by those providers.

No promised results

We work carefully, but we cannot promise specific business results. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. TBD-copy: confirm.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
